Any additional work identified during the quotation process.
Unless stated otherwise, quotations are estimates based on the information supplied and any inspection carried out.

Unless the quotation states a different period, quotations remain open for acceptance for 30 days. We may revise a quotation if project requirements, material costs, specifications or site conditions change before acceptance.
A contract begins when we accept your order.
The contract will normally consist of:
The accepted quotation.
The agreed specifications and drawings.
These Terms and Conditions.
Any written variations or additional agreements.
If documents conflict, the specific terms agreed in writing for the project will take priority over these general terms.
You must check the quotation, measurements, specifications, materials, finishes and other project details before accepting the order.
Payment terms will be stated in the quotation or order confirmation.
We may require a deposit or staged payments before ordering materials, beginning manufacture or arranging installation.
You must pay invoices by the due dates stated on them.
If you fail to make a payment when due, we may, subject to applicable law and the contract:
Suspend work or delivery.
Delay installation.
Request payment of overdue sums.
Charge interest or recovery costs where legally permitted.
Take reasonable steps to recover outstanding payments.
Any deposit, cancellation charge or payment arrangement will be subject to applicable consumer protection law. We will not apply a term that removes a statutory right.
We will provide services in accordance with the specifications agreed for your project.
Bespoke shop fronts may involve materials such as glass, aluminium, UPVC, timber, metal components and other construction products.
We may use materials with natural variations in colour, grain, texture, finish or appearance. Such variations do not automatically constitute defects where the materials remain consistent with the agreed specification and reasonable industry standards.
Product images, illustrations, samples and website descriptions are indicative unless we expressly agree that a particular feature or finish is a contractual requirement.
We will notify you if a proposed material or specification needs to change. We will seek your agreement where the change materially affects the agreed project.
Where we carry out a site survey or take measurements, we will use reasonable care and skill.
You must provide accurate information about the property, access, existing structures and any known restrictions.
Where you or another contractor provide measurements, dimensions or technical information, you are responsible for ensuring that the information is accurate unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
We may need to revise the quotation, design or installation arrangements if actual site conditions differ from the information provided.
You must request changes to the agreed design, materials, dimensions, specification or installation arrangements in writing.
We will assess the effect of any requested change on cost, materials, manufacture and completion dates.
We will confirm any additional charges or revised timescales before carrying out the additional work.
Changes may affect the original completion date, particularly where bespoke materials have already been ordered or manufactured.
We will agree delivery and installation arrangements with you.
Any delivery or installation date is an estimate unless we expressly confirm a fixed date in writing.
Timescales may depend on:
Availability of materials.
Manufacturing requirements.
Site readiness.
Weather and site conditions.
Access arrangements.
Planning or building control requirements.
Work carried out by other contractors.
Events outside our reasonable control.
We will take reasonable steps to keep you informed about significant delays.
You must:
Provide accurate project information and contact details.
Give us reasonable access to the site.
Ensure the work area is accessible and ready.
Arrange any permissions or approvals that are your responsibility.
Identify known structural, electrical, utility or access restrictions.
Remove or protect stock, furniture, equipment and other items where necessary.
Keep customers, staff and other visitors away from work areas.
Follow reasonable site safety instructions.
Ensure that other contractors do not obstruct or interfere with our work.
You must tell us about any relevant site risks or restrictions before installation begins.
Additional work or delays caused by inaccurate information, restricted access or an unprepared site may result in additional costs where agreed or otherwise legally recoverable.
You are responsible for obtaining planning permission, landlord approval, listed building consent, building control approval and other permissions where these are required, unless we expressly agree in writing to arrange them.
We can discuss relevant requirements as part of the project, but you should obtain advice from the appropriate local authority or qualified professional where necessary.
We will carry out our agreed work with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Installation or repair work may reveal concealed defects or unexpected conditions, including structural damage, water ingress, unsafe fixings, hidden services or deterioration.
We will notify you when we identify issues that materially affect the agreed work.
We may need to pause the affected work while the issue is assessed. Additional work will be subject to agreement on scope, cost and timescale.
We are not responsible for defects in existing structures or work carried out by others, except where the law makes us responsible or our own work causes the relevant damage.
You should inspect the completed work as soon as reasonably possible.
If you identify a problem, contact us promptly and provide details and photographs where available.
We will assess reported issues and, where appropriate, arrange an inspection, repair or other remedy.
Acceptance of completed work does not remove your statutory rights or prevent you from reporting a latent defect.
Repair and maintenance services will be carried out to the scope agreed for the relevant job.
We will explain any known limitations where a repair cannot restore an existing shop front to its original condition.
A repair to an existing structure, glazing system, shutter or other component does not automatically include replacement of unrelated or concealed defective parts.
We may recommend replacement where repair is not reasonably suitable. Any additional work will be subject to agreement.
Cancellation rights depend on whether you are acting as a consumer or in the course of business.
If you are a consumer and the contract is made online, by telephone or away from our business premises, you may have a statutory 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
There are exceptions and special rules for certain contracts, including some bespoke or personalised goods. We will explain any applicable cancellation arrangements before you place an order where required.
If you ask us to begin services during a statutory cancellation period, we may require your express request and provide the information required by law. You may have to pay for services already supplied if you subsequently cancel, where the law permits.
For business customers, cancellation and termination rights will be governed by the accepted quotation, order confirmation and any written agreement, subject to applicable law.
Please contact us promptly if you wish to cancel or change an order.
Many shop front components are made or ordered to specific measurements, designs and project requirements.
Where goods are genuinely made to your specifications or clearly personalised, statutory cancellation exceptions may apply.
This does not remove your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet the requirements of applicable law.
Any specific workmanship guarantee, manufacturer warranty or product guarantee will be set out in the quotation, order confirmation or separate guarantee document.
A manufacturer's warranty may be subject to its own terms and conditions.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not promise a particular product lifespan or performance beyond the standards required by law.
Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights relating to the quality of goods or the standard of services.
We will perform our services with reasonable care and skill and supply goods in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow such exclusion or limitation. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation and applicable statutory consumer rights.
If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
If you are a business customer, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of business or loss of anticipated savings, to the extent permitted by law and subject to any express written agreement.
Any liability limitation agreed with a business customer must be reasonable and legally enforceable.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property rights in our website content, designs, drawings, photographs, written materials and branding remain with us or the relevant rights holder.
You must not reproduce, distribute or commercially use our materials without permission.
Project-specific drawings or designs do not transfer ownership of intellectual property unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

We aim to keep website information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that every page is free from errors or omissions.
Website content is provided for general information and does not form a binding quotation or technical specification unless expressly incorporated into an agreement.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
These may include severe weather, fire, flood, industrial disputes, transport disruption, supplier failures, material shortages, government action, public emergencies and other unforeseen events.
We will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and notify you where the event affects your project.
We process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection law.
Please read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for details about how we collect and use personal information.
If you are unhappy with our products or services, please contact us with details of the issue.
We will review your complaint and aim to resolve it fairly and promptly.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
